The company has a team of top quality professionals who have the relevant expertise and experience to engineer and produce quality products in large numbers as per customer requirements.

For its engineering team, the company has provided sophisticated infrastructure and equipment for RF and microwave design and parametric testing. These include 20GHz Network Analyzer and insulation and resistance testers. Also provided are CAD-CAM facilities for mechanical design. Besides, there are a range of mechanical test and measurement equipment, some of which have been developed in-house for its specific requirements.

After prototyping, the products are manufactured in small and large quantities depending on customers’ requirements. For its in-house manufacture, GME has a comprehensive high precision machine shop. Besides, CNC machining centres and high precision auto lathes of Swiss and German make, it is equipped with drilling, tapping, milling and a range of other machines including presses. For ensuring quality it has a wide range of mechanical test and measuring instruments and gauges.

Considering the highly specialised and critical nature of connector and connector cable assembly,the company has developed a range of jigs and tools for the purpose. It has established elaborate and rigorous processes to ensure that the mechanical and microwave parameters are fully met. And it has painstakingly imparted detailed training to its skilled personnel to meet the most stringent quality standards.
